London MOT Training

This qualification is primarily developed for those individuals who wish to enhance their career by qualifying as an MOT Tester. Achievement of this qualification enables them to apply to undertake the DVSA VT8 (final observed assessment in order to achieve full tester status, enabling them to become a Nominated Tester.

This qualification will be of interest to those individuals wishing to set up an MOT testing Station, or who may already be MOT Tester and wish to advance their career further. The content of this qualification has been designed to cover the requirements for all prospective MOT Managers. It is based on the suite of National Occupational Standards (NOS) developed by the IMI in conjunction with DVSA and the MOT industry in 2015.
